The question of “what is the best thing a new Internet Marketer can do” is an excellent one to be considered. I agree that learning from experienced marketers is a good way to avoid mistakes, but I also agree that mistakes and failures have their place in our personal and business development.

It has often been said that “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” and I like to relate that to my quest for affiliate power in my online business: the more times we can get up after being knocked down, the stronger our marketing skills and our focus will become. Without failures, we could become soft.

A very interesting post on failure. I had not thought of it in the way you put forth but it is true. Failure can be very humbling and make you take extra precautions when trying something new. As I have heard so many times- “If you haven’t failed you haven’t tried.
