I think we all struggle with time management because it is so easy to become distracted by a catchy ad or an email message or even by a family member or friend. Perhaps it is time to realize how much more productive we could be if we developed better time management skills.

Being able to manage your time more effectively, will give you greater control over your life.  By pre-planning you can prioritize your activities, your day will become more organized and you will know what you need to do to accomplish the goals for that day.

One of the most under-developed skill-sets for most individuals is time management. I had 2 employees in my offline business years ago who could not seem to understand this. Their production levels were well below the others in their unit. For 2 weeks I personally planned and prioritized their work day days before they arrived at work. Once they realized the benefits and began following this procedure their production levels increased and their jobs became more enjoyable.
